What's changing, and what's staying the same
For now, the change is the name. You'll see SGS FOODNEXUS across the site and the product.
Everything else stays the same. You sign in with the same account, at the same address, exactly as before. Your account, your data and your saved work are untouched, and there's nothing you need to do. If you use both services today, you keep both accounts and sign in to each just as you do now.
Why we're doing this
This is the first step in bringing food safety and regulatory intelligence together under SGS, building a connected Digital Food Trust Ecosystem that links data, analytics and assurance across the food industry. Existing customers keep full service continuity while gaining access to expanded capabilities over time.
This is also the last time you'll hear us mention Digicomply and Foodakai. From here on, it's simply SGS FOODNEXUS.
