On August 13, 2020 the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, and Supply of Brazil approved the Technical Regulation that sets the identity and quality standards that must meet the whey and acid whey, in liquid, concentrated and powder forms, intended for human consumption. The document comes into force on September 1, 2020.
