On 14th of July, 2020 the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare of Japan issued Raw Food Notice 0714. Partial revisions of "Specification Standards for Foods, Additives, etc." were made to modify the residue limits of the pesticides and veterinary medicines of aldrin and dieldrin, isofetamide (fungicide), ipflufenoquin, carbaryl, carbosulfan, carbofuran, 1,3-dichloropropene, dazomet, metham and methyl isothiocyanate and benfuracarb in foods.
