The new draft sanitary and epidemiological rules developed by the Russian Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights Protection and Human Wellbeing (Rospotrebnadzor) will ban the joint transportation of food and non-food products (household chemicals and agrochemicals) since food can be contaminated with toxic substances. Joint transportation will be permissible only if the retailer provides the required documents, and the goods are placed in the car in different sections during transportation and the special conditions are provided to exclude damage of the packaging of both household chemicals and food products.
