Getting the right people onto SGS DIGICOMPLY is one of the easiest ways to get more value from the platform. Whether you're growing your team or extending access to external collaborators, there are several options to fit how you work. Here's a quick overview.
Every SGS DIGICOMPLY user can invite someone to join the platform as an individual user with a BASIC license. The invitee joins independently, without being attached to any organisation.
To do it: click your account icon in the top right corner, then Invite user, then Individual user.
If you are an Organisation Manager, you can invite new members straight into your organisation. There are two ways to get there:

If you need additional ULTIMATE licenses for your organisation, just reach out to us at support@digicomply.com.
Organisation Managers also have full flexibility to reassign licenses among existing members. For example, you can downgrade one user from ULTIMATE to BASIC and upgrade another from BASIC to ULTIMATE. That makes it easy to align license allocation with how your team actually uses the platform.
