Notifications No. 2020-54, of June 23, 2020, Labeling standards for health functional foods Korea Food and Drug Administration, refers to the indication of functional foods in accordance with Article 5 (3) and 6 (4) of the Enforcement Rules of the same Act as Article 4 and 5 of the Law on Advertising and Advertising of Food.
