These Draft Hygienic Requirements for the Production and Circulation of Foodstuffs of Animal Origin establish good hygienic practices for the production, processing, storage, transportation and placing on the market of foodstuffs of animal origin. They shall complement and detail the general hygienic requirements for food handling contained in Section VII of the Law of Ukraine “On Basic Principles and Requirements for Food Safety and Quality".
