May 24th, four Bills have been introduced to address cosmetic safety for both consumers and salon workers. This package builds upon the Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act (MoCRA).
- H.R. 3619 - The Toxic-Free Beauty Act
- H.R. 3620 - The Cosmetic Safety for Communities of Color and Professional Salon Workers Act
- H.R. 3621 – The Cosmetic Fragrance and Flavor Ingredient Right to Know Act
- H.R. 3622 – The Cosmetic Supply Chain Transparency Act
